It took over a year to get permission to film the lavish dance sequence on London’s Regent Street over 4 nights as it is actually owned by the Royal Family. On the night filming was planned, the Queen died and filming had to be postponed. Everyone had to be paid, including stores and crew, and production insurance did not cover losses caused by the monarch’s death, so the producers had to raise additional funds to shoot it afterwards.
